Windows 7 message: has stopped working

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Little Registry Cleaner, but keep getting message 'Little Registry Cleaner has stopped workinh@ It worked when I first installed it.

Hi Nick

Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile is installed, I cannot see Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5
Windows 7 Ultimate is installed.
When I first installed the application it worked

Resolved the problem by putting program on usb memory device.
