Update of the language files for the 0.12 next release

Hi,

I have just completed, updated and unified the french translation for jokosher,

please update the language files for the 0.12 next release (in the end of august as it is indicated)

NB: I have seen lot of old unused strings in the translations, it may be cleaned up i think.

Thanks for your translations! We have set the date of the release for the end of august, but it looks like it will likely be delayed for at least a few weeks. I will let you know as soon as I get the translations updated and so you can have a chance that we put the translations in the release correctly.
