There have been no updates in a year and the official site is broken. So is this the end?

Work is still on going, as can be seen by commits to various branches on our code page: https://code.launchpad.net/jokosher. The main focus is on porting to GObject Introspection, which is a fairly slow process due to requiring a lot of work in upstream projects.

You can test a more recent version (prior to the GI port) by checking out our bzr repository (simply run "bzr branch lp:jokosher" to get hold if it).

Update: As of 2020 Jokosher is no longer an active project. I'm happy to give advice to anyone wishing to take over development of it though.
