changing icons

How would I change the icon images manually/how does it interface with current themeing, and what format do the images have to be in?

Hello,

ALSA Tray uses the icons provided by the system. All the icons used by ALSA tray are listed here :

For the tray icons, with the gnome (24 px) theme, the icons are stored here:

    /usr/share/icons/gnome/24x24/status
